Lemon Balm is one of our FAVORITE herbs. It has plenty of uses, and it smells absolutely delightful with its soft, lemony fragrance. Its potential health benefits range from stress relief, calming effects, improved mood, to digestive aid. It makes a wonderful, light tea when the leaves are steeped. The plant is easy to grow, and they attract pollinators from all over!
