Become a Vendor!

2026 is here, and so is the Groovy Plants Ranch events calendar! We have 17 opportunities to vend this year, as well as our weekly Farm Market (Wednesdays, 3 PM – 6 PM, June 3 – Sept 30).

New for 2026: We are moving to a new software portal to manage our vendors. This means you only have to fill out your application once to be considered for any of our events throughout the year.

As always, we curate our vendors to ensure they are a great fit for each specific theme. (For example, we’d love to see your dog-themed items at our dog event, but perhaps not hand-blown glass) If you feel your items are a good fit, please request approval—we love hosting a well-rounded variety of creators.

How to Join the Portal:

  1. Follow this link: https://portal.conventionforce.com/index.cfm?aid=1041
  2. Create an account.
  3. Fill out the application. (Note: We require insurance for all events. You can complete your application now and upload your current insurance closer to the event date.)
  4. Select "Get Approved for Event" and choose all the dates that apply to you.

What Happens Next?

  • Selection: We generally accept vendors 8–12 weeks before each event (or sooner if applications are high).
  • Payment: Once accepted, you’ll receive an email from Convention Force (our portal software) inviting you to pay for your spot.
  • Confirmation: Your spot is only secured once payment is made and current insurance is uploaded.
