Rudbeckia 'American Gold Rush' is a major upgrade to the classic Black-Eyed Susan. This newer hybrid has brighter, more prolific blooms, a compact habit, and serious disease resistance—plus an added bonus that they are not susceptible to black spotting like the classic variety!

Unlike the classic Rudbeckia Black Eyed Susan, these have a longer bloom time, Gold Rush stays neat, vibrant, and blooming well into fall. It also is deer resistant and draws in bees and butterflies, making it a smart and beautiful choice for foundation plantings, borders, or pollinator gardens.

• LIGHT: Full sun; partial sun
• WATER: Water deeply and thoroughly when the top couple inches of soil dries.
• SIZE: 22–26” in height, spread is around 40-44" inches
• ZONE: Winter-hardy perennial; hardy in zones 4-9
