Pulmonaria NOVA® 'Cobalt' features stunning, electric blue flowers – they're some of the deepest, most vibrant colors in the whole genus! 'Cobalt' does well in shade, is highly deer and rabbit resistant, and it's one of the FIRST winter-hardy perennials to bloom in spring. It's an all-around top performer in the garden!
