Hoya endauensis is a rare, collector's species that features the cutest ruffled foliage you'll probably ever find on a Hoya! Hoya enduaensis is native to Malaysia, found growing on the banks of the Ulu Endau River, which is where its namesake comes from. These Hoya feature bright, chartreuse-esque foliage with slight ruffles along the edges. Best of all? They're fairly easy to care for indoors!
Hoya, more commonly known as wax plants, are a genus of well over 500 different plants. Most of them are either epiphytes or lithophytes, growing on other plants or surfaces. Because they don't typically grow in the ground, Hoya prefer a chunky, well-draining potting mix that doesn't retain water for too long. Keep your Hoya in a space indoors with plenty of bright sunlight and water when the potting mix is almost completely dry.
