Blue Music Hardneck Garlic is a gorgeous variety of garlic that absolutely BURSTS with flavor. This garlic is renowned for its bluish-purple colors and its easy-going, high-performing potential in the garden. This particular variety was brought over from Italy in the 1980s by a grower named Al Music, earning it its unique name. 

Blue Music Garlic grows gigantic bulbs with numerous cloves. When consumed raw, it has a strong, spicy kick. Roasting and cooking totally transforms this pungent bulb and imparts a rich, sweet, and nutty flavor into your dishes. 'Blue Music' stores exceptionally well, lasting from 6-9 months when kept in a cool, dry space with ventilation.

Hardneck garlic produces scapes in the spring, has large bulbs, and has a strong flavor. 

Softneck garlic does not produce scapes, is a less pungent flavor, and has a longer shelf life.
