Dahlia ‘Santa Claus’ is an absolute joy generator, showing off huge, informal decorative-to-semi-cactus blooms covered in dramatic, candy-cane stripes. Each massive flower features twisty petals dripping in rich cherry-red and frosted with bright, snowy-white tips. Generates a relentless parade of bright, festive blooms from mid-summer all the way until the first autumn frost.

• LIGHT: Full sun; partial sun
• WATER: Water deeply and thoroughly when soil begins to dry
• ZONE: Zones 8–11 (In Zones 3–7, dig tubers up after the first light frost and store indoors over winter)
• SIZE: 3.5 – 4 feet tall (A vigorous grower—light staking recommended to keep stems upright)
• GROOVY TIP: The more you harvest full blooms for vase arrangements and deadhead spent flowers, the more new flower buds this plant will produce for you all season long.

Notes: Images are a representation of the flowers produced by the tubers you will receive. Each plant is unique, and small variations in leaf and plant size, color, etc. is to be expected.
