Dahlia ‘Café au Lait’ produces breathtaking, dinnerplate-sized blooms that look like they were sculpted out of silk and spun sugar. With layers of dreamy, ruffled petals shifting between soft blush pink, warm creamy peach, and subtle coffee-vanilla tones, this iconic variety is pure garden magic. Produces giant, fully double 8 to 10-inch flowers that look like romantic works of art.

• LIGHT: Full sun; partial sun
• WATER: Water deeply and thoroughly when soil begins to dry
• ZONE: Zones 8–11 (In Zones 3–7, dig tubers up after the first light frost and store indoors over winter)
• SIZE: 3.5 – 4.5 feet tall (Staking is essential to support those giant flower heads!)
• GROOVY TIP: Pair with verbena bonariensis for a dreamy cottage bouquet!
