Unleash dramatic, moody elegance in your garden with Dahlia'Black Cat'! Featuring velvety, deep maroon-black blossoms with narrow, pointed petals, this dark sensation creates breathtaking contrast in sunny borders and adds an edgy, sophisticated element to cut-flower bouquets.

• LIGHT: Full sun; partial sun
• WATER: Water deeply and thoroughly when soil begins to dry
• ZONE: Winter-hardy in zones 8-11
• SIZE: 36-48" tall; plant 18" apart
• GROOVY TIP: To keep those moody, dark leaves from shading out the plant's inner buds, practice selective leaf thinning in mid-summer. Gently snip off a few large inner leaves near the middle of the plant to allow sunlight to penetrate deep into the center. Opening up light inside the plant stimulates hidden lateral buds, triggering a massive second wave of starry, velvet-dark blooms right through autumn!
• WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE: 3 PREMIUM DAHLIA TUBERS

Notes: Images are a representation of the flower produced by the tuber you will receive. Each plant is unique, and small variations in leaf and plant size, color, etc. is to be expected.
