Duganski Garlic is a TOP choice among both gardeners and chefs for its stunning appearance, reliable performance, and absolutely incredible flavor. 'Duganski' is an heirloom variety that has been cultivated for generations in its native region of Central Asia, and it features individual cloves with reddish and violet tints, making it an aesthetic choice for the garlic aficionado.

There's nothing mild about the Duganski Garlic's flavor either--this variety packs an incredible punch with a strong, spicy, and fiery flavor when consumed raw. However, when cooked, 'Duganski' takes on a rich, earthy flavor with a hint of sweetness, making it great for soups, sauces, and plenty of other dishes.

Hardneck garlic produces scapes in the spring, has large bulbs, and has a strong flavor. 

Softneck garlic does not produce scapes, is a less pungent flavor, and has a longer shelf life.
