Featuring lush, dusty-rose to soft terracotta-pink petals subtly brushed with moody plum undertones, these perfectly layered blooms radiate outward from a deep burgundy-black center. Paired with its striking dark stems and rich, bronzy foliage, 'Night Silence' creates a moody, romantic contrast that immediately catches the eye.

• LIGHT: Full sun; partial sun

• WATER: Water deeply and thoroughly when soil begins to dry

• ZONE: Zones 8–11 (In Zones 3–7, dig tubers up after the first light frost and store indoors over winter)

• SIZE: 3.5 to 4.5 feet tall

• GROOVY TIP: When your young dahlia reaches about 12 to 16 inches tall, snip off the top 3–4 inches of the main shoot. It feels a little counterintuitive, but trust the process—this encourages the plant to branch out into a bushier form, rewarding you with extra-sturdy stems and double the velvety, moody blooms all season long!
