Dahlia Bon Bini | Premium Cactus Dahlia

Summer flowering bulb orders will be available to pick up starting: ___________________ at The Ranch. If your bulbs are shipping, they will ship at a similar time!

Named after the Papiamento word for "Welcome," 'Bon Bini' rolled out the red carpet with 4- to 5-inch blooms in a fiery, high-octane color gradient. Each petal fades from a warm, glowing yellow at the base into brilliant orange, finishing off with sizzling tomato-red tips. To make things even funnier and funner, its fringed (laciniated) petal tips split into wild, feathery points, giving every single flower a fiery, starburst texture that looks like a miniature firework going off in slow motion!

• LIGHT: Full sun; partial sun

• WATER: Water deeply and thoroughly when soil begins to dry

• ZONE: Zones 8–11 (In Zones 3–7, dig tubers up after the first light frost and store indoors over winter)

• SIZE: 3-3.5 feet tall

• GROOVY TIP: Fringed dahlias like 'Bon Bini' are natural magnets for garden light! Position this fiery beauty where it catches the warm late-afternoon sun (west-facing spots are pure perfection). When the low evening sunlight hits those split, feathered petals from behind, the yellow-to-red gradient lights up like stained glass—making your entire garden glow with high-energy tropical heat!
