Meet Colocasia 'Jurassic Jellyfish', a truly bizarre, insanely cool elephant ear that looks like it swam right out of a time machine. If standard leafy greens aren't cutting it for you anymore, this high-impact weirdo will definitely fit the bill.
The leaves on this freak-of-nature variety cup upside down and curl inward along heavily ruffled edges, mimicking the floating bell of a giant deep-sea jellyfish. Dark, moody purplish-plum stems hold up glossy green leaves accented by deep purple veining. The colors get richer, darker, and more intense as the summer heat cranks up!
