Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility The "Share Your Visit" promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Groovy Plants Ranch LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period & Modification This is an ongoing campaign. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue, pause, or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Participate To receive one (1) $10 digital gift card, participants must complete the following steps:

  • Post: Share an original photo or video taken during your visit from July or August 2026 to The Groovy Plants Ranch on a public social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Tag: tag @Groovyplantsranch in post
  • Capture: Take a screenshot (screen grab) of your published social media post.
  • Email: Send an email containing the screenshot proof to funtimes@groovyplantsranch.com.

4. Reward Limits & Delivery

  • Limit: There is a strict limit of one (1) entry/gift card per email address for the duration of the promotion.
  • No Cash Value: The $10 digital gift card is strictly promotional, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, or credit.
  • Delivery: Digital gift cards will be sent to the email address used to submit the entry. Please allow 5-7 business days for verification and delivery.

5. Marketing Communications

  • By supplying your email address to participate in this Promotion, you expressly agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from The Groovy Plants Ranch. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of our emails.

6. License and Rights to Content

  • By submitting your entry, you agree that any content shared and tagged in connection with this promotion can be used by The Groovy Plants Ranch LLC for promotional material. This includes a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submitted photo or video on the Sponsor’s website, social media channels, print media, and other marketing assets without further compensation, notice, or approval.

7. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual or submission that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these terms, or submitting fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We provide plants in all categories that are both expected favorites and hard to find or unusual.

We are committed to growing and maintaining clean, pest free plants for our customers. We are devoted to pushing the envelope on what plants we are able to provide by maintaining stock plants, growing hard to find plants from seed, and breeding efforts. We seek to be on the cutting edge of innovation in the horticulture industry by adopting new best practices and providing excellent new plant varieties.


We employ friendly and knowledgeable staff in all parts of the business. So, when a customer reaches out to us in person, on the phone, or online they are able to receive high-quality, kind, and knowledgeable assistance. We are committed to improving our staff’s knowledge by offering enrichment opportunities such as conference attendance, online courses, webinars, and access to industry magazines.


Jared and the team seek to continually improve the experience at GPR by updating the grounds, garden art, and infrastructure. Groovy Plants Ranch regularly receives visits from customers that live hours away. We strive to make the experience exciting no matter how far they drive to get here.
