We potted up thousands of Peonies nearly six months ago specifically for this weekend! Now that they’re starting to "wake up" from their winter sleep, the excitement at The Ranch is building.

Peonies are a legacy plant like no other; they connect us across generations and vast distances. Many varieties date back over 200 years, while tree peonies in China have been cultivated for millennia. We also have a stunning selection of Itoh Peonies—the result of years of painstaking hybridizing by artist-breeders on a mission to create the most incredible garden plants the world has ever known.

To grow a peony is to grow a piece of history that lives long enough to be passed down through your family. We even have a Peony here at The Ranch from Jared's Great, Great Grandmother dating back to the late 1800s. It has been divided and shared many times over the years, carrying her story with it.
