Albuca ‘Frizzle Sizzle‘ Care

Albuca ‘Frizzle Sizzle‘ Care

Albuca spiralis 'Frizzle Sizzle' is an incredibly rare and interesting looking plant. Albuca are one of the most unusual types of plants that we carry here at Groovy Plants Ranch. It produces flowers twice a year but during long periods of drought this plant will naturally go dormant. It's important to allow this plant to go completely dry between waterings but don't leave it dry as a bone for weeks on end. Inadequate sunlight will result in less curls. In this video, Liz goes over how to care for the amazing Frizzle Sizzle plant.

Hi! I have a plant. The leaves went really long, I can see a few new growths. It hasn’t ever bloomed for me yet. But some of the long ones have cracked broken. None of them have brown tips. I was wondering if I should cut any of the long hanging ones, or will it damage my plant?
Thank you

Hi there, I live in Columbus, OH. My son gave me 2 frizzle bulbs last month. I planted in containers indoor . One grows with curves. The other has straight leaves and many leaves turn brown at the present. Is it cause by too much water or too dry? Should I cut these brown leaves off and move it outside?
This plant already has root bound. Should I trim its roots?
