We are looking for vendors for our Christmas Market! It will be a 2 day event packed with vendors, coffee, visits from Santa, and LOTS of Groovy Plants!

If you sell items that can be gifted or thrifted items we want you!

GPR will promote the event via various media including social

media and paid advertisements. We have over 50K followers on Instagram and we will market the event and highlight artisans as we lead up to it. We encourage you to share and promote the event to your customers and friends as well!

This event will take place on Dec 2nd & 3rd

Important Details:

-All applications are due by Sept 1st at 11:59pm.

-We will review all applications and if accepted, you will be notified by the middle of Sept.

-Each vendor will be provided with a 6'x6' indoor space, we have folding tables and chairs available upon request.

-By attending you must commit to the full duration of the event (9:00am-5pm ) and agree to staff your booth for its entirety.

-You are responsible for carrying and assembling your booth independently between the hours of 7:00-9:00am for set up and 5-6pm for tear down.

-This event will go unless we are under a snow emergency.

-There is a $50 booth fee that is non-refundable. That $ will go directly to paying for parking attendants, and a sheriff to deal with traffic.

-You must provide a copy of your COI (certificate of insurance) and you must list Groovy Plants Ranch as an additional insured for the day of the event.
