Join certified yoga teacher, Sam Grey, for a peaceful but energizing yoga flow! This 60-minute class will feature a balance of fun and relaxing poses, a contemporary playlist and a brief but motivating and affirming meditation. Our flow will be accessible to yogis of all levels of experience - whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years! Rain or shine, we have a beautiful open and covered covered space to practice.
