Kids Yoga with Roo Yoga Company - May 26, 10AM



Join Ellie, kid's yoga instructor and co-founder of Roo Yoga Company as she combines story telling with yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques in this 30-45 minute kids class. The kids will go on an imaginative and explorative journey while they build their strength, balance, and confidence in the process. Classes offer a complete form of physical exercise in a safe and non-competitive environment. All classes will incorporate relaxation, visualization, stretching, imagination and breathing techniques. Plus, it will be a lot of fun!
