Vendor Depsit A Very Groovy Christmas

Experience the magic of a traditional German holiday market right here at Groovy Plants Ranch under our covered checkout area. Enjoy the cozy ambiance with outdoor heaters to keep you warm. Indulge in delicious food and drinks from our onsite food trucks.

Important Details:

-All applications are due by Sept 15th. 

-We will review all applications and if accepted, you will be notified in late Sept.

-Each vendor will be provided with a 10x7 outdoor space, 1 folding table & 2 chairs are available if requested.

-Roughly 20 vendors will be in the covered checkout area. 

-By attending you must commit to the full duration of the event and agree to man your table for the whole event. 

-You are responsible for carrying and assembling your booth independently between the hours of 8:30-9:30 am for set up and 4-5pm for tear down.

-There is a $40 booth fee that is none refundable

-All vendors must carry insurance for the dates of the event. 

-As we will be running heat, tents will not be allowed because it's a fire hazard.
